Mrs. Ustick is the choir teacher here at San Clemente High School. She loves music and has enjoyed it for as long as she can remember. Mrs. Ustick was in choir all four years at San Clemente High School and is beyond happy to be back. She graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2019 with a bachelor of arts degree in music education.
In college, she was in choir all four years and was the assistant director for the beginning college choir. She completed her student teaching at Tesoro High School with Grammy winner Keith Hancock. She received her credential in music and her Masters in education at Concordia University.
An audition-only advanced women’s ensemble for students in grades 9-12. Advanced Women’s Ensemble performs at all four major choral concerts, local choral festivals, an annual spring tour, and outside performances.
An audition-only advanced mixed ensemble (SATB) for students in grades 9-12. Madrigals perform at all four major concerts, as well as spring tours, CUSD Honor Choir, festivals, competitions, and numerous outside performances.
Each year during the holiday season, Madrigals gets hired to go caroling at different events. Please reach out to us if you would like us to perform at one of your events, either during the holiday season or during the rest of the school year!
